Full Terms and Conditions:

  1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.
  2. Purchase is necessary for UK residents ONLY, any future reference to purchase requirements or receipts relate to UK residents only. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize. Internet access is required.
  3. Promotion Period: Enter between 12:00 BST on the 27 of July 2023 and 12:00 GMT on the 27 of November 2023 inclusive.

    2. UK: Maximum of 1 entry per purchase is permitted per person during the Promotion Period. One itemised receipt per entry receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period.

  8. Further Prize Details and Conditions:
    1. Headline Prize:
      1. The prize provider is Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, The Station, 7 High Street, Olney, Bucks, MK46 4EB. ABTA no. L9097 and ATOL no. 10626 (“Cloud Nine”).
      2. Unless otherwise stated the prize offered is for 4 people travelling together, one of which must be aged 21 or over and two of which must be under 16 years of age. Each person participating in this prize will be referred to in these terms as a “Participant”. Where any Participant is aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission.
      3. The prize is valid until 30th June 2024. Travel is not permitted over the months of July August and December 2023, Christmas and New Year (24th December 2023 – 1st January 2024), Easter (29 March - 01 April 2024), Public Holidays, trade fairs or local special events (i.e. sporting events). Travel must be completed by 30th June 2024. Extensions to the validity of the package will not be allowed unless first authorized by Cloud Nine.
      4. All dates and locations are subject to availability.
      5. Cloud Nine accepts no responsibility for any events beyond its reasonable control including the withdrawal of, or amendment to, any hotels, activities, events or retail items. Cloud Nine will use its reasonable endeavours to supply suitable alternatives in such circumstances. No refund will be offered.
      6. This prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for any unused portions of the prize.
      7. In the event of cancellation, the Participants will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement prize.
      8. All bookings must be made through Cloud Nine a minimum of 6 weeks (42 days) in advance of travelling.
      9. Any amendments made by Participants after the booking is confirmed, to the extent permitted by Cloud Nine or the relevant third-party provider, will be subject to administration charges. Some changes may not be possible.
      10. Each Participant must hold a valid passport (which must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of travel) and any necessary visas or permits required for entry into the country of destination. Obtaining passports and any necessary visas or permits, together with any costs associated therewith, is the responsibility of the Participants.
      11. Cloud Nine, reserves the right to require each Participant to carry out, at their expense, a COVID-19 test prior to departure and/or return travel and to provide the result of such test (s) to Cloud Nine. Any such requirement will be communicated at the time of booking.
      12. Some activities and/or experiences may have age, height, weight and/or health restrictions. If children or adult with restrictions are not able to participate in the stated activities, an alternative experience may be offered at the discretion of Cloud Nine, this offering will vary depending on the season of travel and exemption reasons. Participants must adhere to all COVID-19 rules and regulations in place at the time of experiences.
      13. Some experiences may be seasonal or only operate on certain dates.
      14. Adults must accompany children on all activities and duration of the prize.
      15. Flights are in economy class unless otherwise stated. Pre-booked seats together may incur an additional charge depending on the airline. Any such charge will be the responsibility of the Participants.
      16. Transport between home and the airport (and vice-versa) is the responsibility of the Participants.
      17. All other costs and expenses in taking up the prize not set out in the stated prize description will be at the Participants’ expense, these include but are not limited to transfers to and from the UK airport, additional meals, drinks, visas, gratuities personal expenses and any costs related to COVID-19 as set out below.
      18. Should Participants wish to add additional items to the prize (extra nights, additional passengers etc.) they may do so via Cloud Nine at an extra cost. Cloud Nine will advise the cost prior to booking. Cloud Nine will not enter into any discussions about cost comparison or rates sourced elsewhere.
      19. If meals are included in the prize description they may have a maximum allowance associated with them, Participants will be notified of this prior to travelling.
      20. It is the Participants’ responsibility to advise Cloud Nine of any circumstance that may prevent them from participating in any element of the prize, including but not limited to dietary requirements, medical conditions or personal circumstance. Participants should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to take part in any element of the prize, since interaction with the general public may increase the risk of exposure to COVID-19. By choosing to take part in any element of the prize, Participants acknowledge and agree that they accept any such risk associated with those elements of the prize.
      21. Participants are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / limitations required by the applicable local and national authorities and the relevant airline(s), including in connection with COVID-19. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the Participants (where applicable).
      22. Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize; however it does not cover pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance covers travellers up to and including the age of 69. In the event that cover is not granted an equivalent cash allowance will be provided so adequate cover can be sought, which must include COVID-19 coverage. This will be the Participants’ responsibility and proof of insurance will be required prior to departure. Levels of coverage will vary and it is Participants’ responsibility to ensure that the level of coverage obtained by them, including COVID-19 coverage, is sufficient for their circumstances.
      23. Any arrangements and/or additional costs for any COVID-19 testing, quarantine accommodation, flight changes or other expenses that may be incurred as a result of or in connection with COVID-19 (including as a result of positive COVID-19 tests) are the sole responsibility of the Participants (whether reimbursable by travel insurance or not).
      24. Each Participant (and, if under 18, their parent or guardian) must sign and return a release and waiver of liability (to be provided by Cloud Nine at the time of booking) as a condition of their participation in the trip, pursuant to which each Participant shall, to extent permitted by applicable laws, release, among others, Paramount Pictures UK and its affiliates from any and all liability arising out of the use or misuse of the prize and participation in any prize-related activities.
      25. Participants are responsible for their behaviour and the behaviour of their guests whilst taking part in the prize. Cloud Nine reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude any Participant from participation in the prize or any part thereof if any Participant fails to comply with the directions of Cloud Nine, the airline or any company associated with the prize, or, if any Participant acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes disturbance or nuisance to others.
      26. Any personal data submitted by Participants to Cloud Nine will be treated in accordance with Cloud Nine’s privacy policy, which is accessible at https://www.uponcloudnine.co.uk/privacy.html.
      27. The Prize will be forfeited if:
        1. The Winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
        2. The Winner has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within the USA;
        3. The Winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent you from accepting and participating in the Prize.
      28. If the prize falls within school term time and any of the guests are still in school, the Winner must provide (for each of the guests who are still at school) the Promoter with proof that their school(s) have agreed to allow them to attend the holiday. The guests’ School(s) must send a formal email or letter to the Promoter stating that they agree to allow the guest to take up the prize. The letter or email must be received by the Promoter within one week of request. Failure to provide this information may result in the Winner and/or guests forfeiting their prize.
    2. Secondary Prizes:
      1. The prize provider is Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, The Station, 7 High Street, Olney, Bucks, MK46 4EB. ABTA no. L9097 and ATOL no. 10626 (“Cloud Nine”).
      2. Unless otherwise stated the prize offered is for 2 people attending a 2D cinema screening of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, one of which must be aged 18. If the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is no longer showing in cinemas, the e-code can be redeemed for any 2D cinema screening.
      3. The cinema e-codes must be claimed and redeemed within 6 months from the date shown on the voucher.
      4. Cinema e-codes are valid at the following UK cinema chains: Cineworld, Odeon, Empire or Vue.
      5. The prize is not valid at central London cinemas, Luxe deluxe or super screens, showings in 3D , 4DX, D-Box, Screen X or any other enhanced showing.
      6. A booking fee will apply at the time of booking.
      7. All experiences must be completed by 29th February 2024. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorized by Cloud Nine Incentives Limited and the organiser.
      8. All dates, times and locations are subject to availability. Admission is subject to availability, normal age restrictions apply, ID may be required. Please see the individual cinema website for full terms and conditions.
      9. This prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for any unused portions of the prize.
      10. In the event of cancellation, the participants will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement prize.
  9. Winner Selection: 101 provisional winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The Prize draw will be conducted within 10 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
  10. Winner Notification: Provisional winners will be contacted via the email address and/or telephone number provided on entry within 10 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winners will be confirmed as winners. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
  11. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing info@uponcloudnine.co.uk. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at its sole discretion.
  12. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:
    1. are in breach of the Terms & Conditions;
    2. contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;
    3. contains or refers to any unauthorised third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;
    4. promotes any political agenda.
  13. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at www.promowinners.com/oldelpasoTMNT. The winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
  14. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.
  15. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to
    1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.
    2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
    3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
    4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
    5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, multiple SIM cards for text entries, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
    6. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
    7. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
    8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
  16. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize and/or any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
  17. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the website.
  18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS13627) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  19. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.
  20. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion. Personal data will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at: www.generalmills.com/privacy-security/uk-english-privacy-policy.
  21. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
  22. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  23. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.
  24. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
